Generative Art: Shapes + Colors (22-28 of 28)
Source Code: Python 3
This is a very simple program made to randomize different shapes and colors through a set of basic parameters.
If anyone has any comments on the code(python 3), I'd love to hear it!!

Today, it is as evident as ever how quick we are humans to react when necessary. What seperates us from animals is the ability of our consciousness to take a step back and reflect, in the moment, without letting out emotional state completely posses us. Of course, this is not ubiquitous, hence the human experience.
This idea was laid out beautifully in the book, Thinking Fast and Slow, by Daniel Kahneman, where the psyche is broken down into two different parts. Aptly named System 1 and System 2. System 1 is the immediate, childlike reaction, where System 2 is the reserved, parentlike reaction. They inform each other and they each have their positives and negatives. It's about balance. One cannot and does not live soley in pleasure or in pain.
Reactions are crucial and absolutely necessary, but can get misguided without the proper balance. We can all take a moment and reflect and think versus consume and react.
