Remember, consistency is key when it comes to losing body fat and building muscle. Stick to a clean diet 80-90% of the time, incorporate strength training and HIIT into your workouts, and be patient with yourself as you work towards your goals. Health and Wellness is first then Fitness.

Getting frustrated or discouraged with the daily scale fluctuations?

Hack: Put the scale away for month. Just focus on putting in the work and being consistent.

Measure your progress by specific strength and performance metrics and by circumference (ex. waist, hip) measurements if your goal is to improve your muscle to bodyfat ratio (a.k.a. tone-up, get lean, shred). It’s common for my clients to gain weight, but loose inches as we increase muscle metabolism initially.

Total weight is only a placeholder in the equation when it comes to the body you envision for yourself. Total weight is NOT a good goal, it is an indicator. What happens when you hit your goal? 🤷‍♂️

Focus on fitting better in your clothes, getting stronger, performing better at work or play, getting healthier, being more confident, being more consistent and overall wellness (mind & body).
Reminder, the only person that knows how much you weigh is you unless you tell someone.
