Today marks the day we lost THE BEST L&D floor in our state 💔🥹!

The fact is, the maternal mortality numbers for our state will continue to rise as a result.

EVERYONE will be affected by this! Not just pregnant people. Not just pregnant people who were planning to birth at these 3 hospitals. Our mother’s, our father’s, our babies, our communities!

Strange fruit here in Alabama…we must take our piece of the pie: choosing home birth & birth center birth has to be an option for more families.
