Position: Lead Carpenter / Supervisor (2)
Type: FULL-TIME
Pay: $20-$24/hr, opportunities for advancement & 𝐁𝐎𝐍𝐔𝐒!

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• high school or equivalent (preferred)
• vocational college (beneficial)
• 5 yrs construction experience (preferred)
• valid DL
• U.S. Citizen or work visa

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
• 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 > Must have framing & general construction experience w/ the construction of homes, small structures, commercial buildings, and/or remodeling

• 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐦 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 > Basic finish and trim w/ the ability to measure, calculate, cut various materials using power equipment

• 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 > Understanding of electrical, plumbing, masonry, roofing and siding is beneficial

• 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 > Understanding plans, sketches, written instructions with the ability to implement with accuracy. Managing materials, equipment, and time budgets

• 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 > Communicate with the customers on a professional and knowledgeable level while leading and developing other team members to the highest level

• Paid Vacation
