Postpartum doesn’t always look the way we expect.

For many new parents, it can come with overwhelming emotions, anxiety, sadness, or feeling disconnected, even when everything “looks fine” on the outside.

Nearly 1 in 7 mothers experience postpartum mood disorders, yet so many struggle silently.

Through Mindful Maternal Care, we offer specialized perinatal mental health support, now available virtually, so care can meet you where you are during one of life’s most vulnerable transitions.

If you or someone you love is navigating postpartum challenges, know this: support exists, and you don’t have to go through it alone. 🤍

Conroe, thank you 🤍

Our Conroe Open House last Friday was such a beautiful reminder of what community looks like, familiar faces, new connections, and shared commitment to supporting mental health.

Thank you to everyone who came by to tour the clinic, meet our team, and connect. And a huge shoutout to Jamie, Amanda, and the entire Conroe team for making the day so welcoming and smooth.

We’re excited to build partnerships in Montgomery County and continue expanding access to compassionate, evidence-based care.

✨ Mindful Monday ✨
This week’s intention:
🤍 “This week, I will name what I’m feeling, and honor it.”

So often we move through our days without pausing to acknowledge what’s really coming up for us. Giving ourselves permission to name our emotions - without judgment, is a powerful form of self-awareness.

Whether it’s stress, joy, overwhelm, or calm, every feeling carries information. When we honor what we’re experiencing, we create space for clarity, compassion, and healthier choices.

Here’s to slowing down just enough to listen inward this week. 💙

Depression doesn’t look the same for everyone, and treatment shouldn’t either.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is an FDA-cleared, non-invasive treatment designed for individuals who haven’t found relief with medication alone. TMS works by gently stimulating specific areas of the brain involved in mood regulation, helping restore healthier neural activity over time.

What makes TMS different:
• No anesthesia
• No systemic side effects
• You’re awake and alert during treatment
• Sessions are done in-office and typically last under 30 minutes

For many, TMS offers a new path forward when traditional options haven’t been enough.

If you’re curious whether TMS could be a fit, our team is always here to answer questions and guide next steps. 🤍
