As an educator, I've spent my life witnessing the power of reading. Books open minds. Stories spark imagination. Literacy creates opportunities that can last a lifetime.

That's why I'm thrilled to announce that READ With Mayor Brown is coming this summer!

📖 READ With Mayor Brown Opening Books. Building Community.

Beginning June 15, children and families will have the opportunity to participate in a community-wide summer reading challenge designed to encourage a love of reading, strengthen literacy skills, and celebrate learning together.

Whether you're reading your favorite picture book, exploring a new adventure, or discovering a story that changes your perspective, every page counts.
