Have you ever had to do something that you didn’t feel 100% ready for, but either way came out surprisingly great?

For me it was starting my online coaching business.

I didn’t feel “ready” “confident” or “competent” but that was because I wasn’t owning my power. I wasn’t in my zen-like energy. And that’s okay.

*We can still do great things despite the anxiety, overthinking, and worry we might be facing in that present moment.

But if I would’ve listened to the “Negative Nancy” in my head, I wouldn’t be now helping my freaking incredible clients have these amazing results by overcoming their obstacles and becoming aligned, happy people, living in their zen-like energy.

I wouldn’t be doing what I love most; helping women struggling with anxiety and self-doubt, really overcome that (not so scary once you unravel it) monster and own their truth, build confidence and certainty in themselves, and transform their life path.
