Setting A Temple Of Focus Is What I Call It.
You Need To Create A Buffer Between Personal & Professional Life.
Get A Partition Or Boundary That's Separate From Your Family & Loved Ones.
A Curtain, A Door, Whatever It Might Be, It Must Separate You From Them.
Then Make The Environment Your Own.
Setup Pictures Of Loved One, Get Noise Canceling Headphones, Light Candles.
Do Whatever It Takes To Make It YOUR Temple.
Doing This Will Allow You To Reach What I Call A "Flow State" Easier.
A Quick Tip To Reaching The Flow State Is As Simple As This.
