Each course from our Spring Tasting Menu is accompanied by a wine pairing curated by Head Sommelier Andrew Bentz, thoughtfully selected to complement the flavors, textures, and nuances of every dish.
“For me, great pairings are about elevating freshness, texture, and a sense of place with every course,” says Bentz.
The result is a seamless progression of food and wine, where each pairing builds upon the last, creating a dining experience best enjoyed from start to finish.
