One of my favorite parts of staging is occupied listings! I love helping clients still live in their space, but knock the socks off potential buyers! By moving some furniture around and adding art, bedding and accessories, the buyers are looking at the large rooms and cool features of the home, not the personal taste of the seller. I like to say I am "neutralizing" the house for potential buyers. Thanks Manuel Chavez Realtor for bringing me on this project!!
