Who has been struggling to stay motivated to work out? 🙋♀️
With everyone’s lives being more than a little disheveled lately it’s easy to understand how we get off track & distracted from our goals. I know I have.
This week I’ve gotten back on track by finding an accountability partner (actually more like 4)! One is easier because he’s my husband but I don’t even see the other 3 in person. We get on Zoom and do ‘s workout of the day. It has given me a little structure and a whole lot of accountability.
