🤔 What are and why did they become a staple for CM inc?

I have seen many different forms of assessments and although I do love them all, because they give us insight that we didn’t already have - the force plates quickly became one of my favorites.

📝 Force plates are mechanical sensing systems designed to measure the ground reaction forces and moments involved in human movements.
