When you order a whole steer from Red River Dexters, you get to keep the hanger steak…. The butcher’s best kept secret 🤫

Here is how we cook it—

¼ cup of olive oil
¼ cup soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Marinate in the fridge over night.

Grill 4 minutes each side on high heat.

(rest 10 minutes then slice against grain)
