Moving to Dallas

The Arboretum is the best thing in Dallas, in my opinion, but when I was in Northern California a couple of weekends ago, I was reminded of how many pumpkin patches there are all over the place. As a kid, I used to go every year and pick out pumpkins this way - not at Home Depot or the grocery store. They weren't far from home and I grew up in a big city (San Jose).

Of course, I also remember cutting down our own Christmas Tree every year because there were farms EVERYWHERE. It's funny the things that make you nostalgic!
