Here are the key points to remember every time you might be tempted to eat before 4 hours:

🔥Every time you eat your pancreas produces insulin.

🔥Insulin puts a LOCK ON YOUR FAT CELLS.

🔥You cannot use your stored fat for energy until that insulin leaves your blood stream.

🔥It takes at minimum 4 hours before insulin is out of your system.

🔥You can wait 5 or 6 hours if you feel like it!

🔥Waiting 12-16 hours between dinner and breakfast is a very powerful way to get into the fat burning zone!

🕛 Late night snacking is the easiest way to pack on the pounds!

🛑Don't do it!
