Federal spending on low- to middle-income and unemployed Americans is critical to food sufficiency, medical needs and quality of life. The Federal governments includes the International Development Association (IDA) among other programs, that would support the nation's working individuals, families, youth and seniors.
However, federal grants have fallen by more than 20% since FY 2010, driven by the decline of education, social services, environmental protection, health and transportation grants.
IDA is a Free Empowerment program that requires no credit check, no collateral, no security deposits or co-signers.

New Census data shows that poverty has declined; however, growth in median household income stagnated and inequality is the highest on record.
Enormous structural inequities exist, such as gaps in median income by race and ethnicity, and income inequality in the City did not budge, and is more uneven than the State overall, where inequality is greater than every other U.S. state.

Entire information on application: Accurate information is required for an evaluation. Submissions without the inclusion of your full Information will make your entry invalid.
One application per person: You may submit only ONE application. Applicants who submit more than one application will be disqualified from consideration.
Valid, unexpired ID CARD information required: This year’s entries must include the primary applicant’s Identity card, country of issuance, and the ID CARD expiration date.
Be sure to print and save your confirmation number: This number is the only way to check your status.Never give your confirmation number to anyone.
Entrants must provide an e-mail address as part of their entry; however, there is NO email notification sent to selectees informing them they were selected.
