Introducing our new weekly feature, Wellness Wednesday! Today's wellness topic is aerobic exercise.
Aerobic exercise doesn’t have to be hard, intimidating or intense to be beneficial to your health. Aerobic activities such as walking, gardening, cleaning house, dancing, and yard work are all examples of ways to improve your health with movement. Incorporating aerobic activities into your day improves the health of your lungs, heart and circulatory system as well as combats diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. The CDC recommends 150 minutes of physical activity per week.
