Good parenting sometimes means putting your marriage first!

Last week we escaped for one night away from home (40 minutes :)) so we can continue to be good parents to our kids.
Sounds like a paradox, but it is true.
I had many reasons to canceled this idea and I felt some guilt, but I've decided to put all these aside and reminded myself- they are going to be just fine. Actually, they are going to be even better, when we are more relaxed.
So we have had some time to reconnect. what about you?
Putting some focus on the foundation of the family is critical.
So put your relationship in high priority for the sake of your family.
Try to book your escape night out soon. It's highly recommended.
I'm here if you need help with extra reminders and manifesting good parenting :)

It's my 40th birthday today and also T"u be"AV, which is the Hebrew date for "Love Day" and it couldn't be more perfect than that!
For the last few years I have been studying, practicing and making any effort to bring deep love and kindness into my life, my family, my friend and to my self and any other relationship exist.
I mean LOVE with true meaning and true expression.
LOVE when I was happy and even more important, when I was down.
LOVE is a daily practice, but it worth it!
Today with so many tools that I have incorporated into my life, I am stronger and happier than I ever was.
I am very grateful to have the passion to pass all this to my clients and help them bring more love, aliveness and joy into their lives.
Join me if you feel you also want to learn how to bring more of these to YOUR life.

I'm back ! still jet legged but HERE!
This is just a friendly reminder to go out there.
This morning we went on a short hike at this nature preserve and it was a wonderful experience.
Don't let the heat keeps you inside all day long! (I know it's the AC)
The kids had fun although they were complaining earlier "they don't go to this boring place...."
Scientists are beginning to find evidence that being in nature has a profound impact on our brains and our behavior, helping us to reduce anxiety, brooding, and stress, and increase our attention capacity, creativity, and our ability to connect with other people.
especially children that are spending more and more time indoor and online.
Are you still home? :)
