When we talk about cardio, we are talking about aerobic exercise—that is, sustained activity that elevates your heart rate into a training range for your heart. This is called: Cardiovascular fitness. Scientific evidence shows that practicing cardio leads to many health benefits for your heart,mind, and body.
So I challenge you to take an hour out of your day, step onto a mat and see for yourself what it means to become a yoga practitioner. Improve your fitness, endurance, stamina and strength - NO EXCUSES!
