Healthy Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
▢½ cup milk any variety
▢¼ cup kale chopped and thick stem removed
▢¼ of a ripe avocado
▢½ cup blueberries fresh or frozen
▢½ banana fresh or frozen
Instructions
Pour the milk into the blender. Add in the kale and avocado and blend until smooth. Blend the milk, kale, and avocado together until well combined.
Add in the blueberries and banana and blend again until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately.

Notes
Use any variety of milk. If you choose almond, coconut, or soy you will have a Vegan Blueberry Smoothie.
Fresh or frozen chopped kale can be used in this smoothie recipe, just be sure to remove the hard stem of the kale if using fresh kale.
Feel free to replace the kale with spinach.
Fresh or frozen blueberries can be used in this smoothie as well.
Fresh of frozen bananas can be used in this Blueberry Banana Smoothie.
If you choose to use all frozen produce, you may need to add an additional ¼-1/2 cup liquid to incorporate the ingredients well.

BLUEBERRY, MANGO AND BANANA SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
½ cup sliced strawberries
½ cup blueberries
1 banana
1 cup mango chunks
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup soy milk, almond milk, or skim milk or water (the liquid helps it blend)
6-8 ice cubes
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend at high speed until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Blueberry Vanilla Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup(s) Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup(s) Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B® Blueberries
2 Tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
1 Tbsp Flax Seeds
Instructions
1Combine yogurt, protein powder, blueberries, sweetener and flax seeds in a blender, and blend 30 seconds until smooth.

SECRET BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE | THM E, LOW FAT
INGREDIENTS
1 cup blueberries, frozen
1/2 small banana (1/4 cup or so of slices)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon to 1 scoop THM Pristine Whey Protein or other on plan whey protein powder
1 tablespoon THM Integral Collagen (or omit whey and use all collagen)
1 teaspoon THM Dynamic Duo Greens Powder
1 teaspoon THM Baobab Boost Powder
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon MCT oil, optional
2 "doonks" (a 1/32 tsp measure) high mineral salt
Sweetener, to taste if desired
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a blender jar.
Blend until smooth and completely blended.
Taste and add sweetener and blend briefly to mix, if needed.
NOTES
WHEY AND COLLAGEN NOTES:
Use any combination of whey and collagen in the amount you desire. Or, omit all together - just make sure to have lean protein with your smoothie in some form.
For a snack, a tablespoon of each or 2 tablespoons of 1 is fine.

Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredient
1 cup Pineapple
1 medium Banana
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1 tablespoon Coconut oil
1 teaspoon Turmeric
1/2 cup Aloe vera juice
