This is my physical happy place! ☀️🏝🌊
Yet, isn’t it an amazing feeling when you experience that happy place within?! That same sense of joy, bliss and satisfaction in your mental, emotional and spiritual being! The last few months of my healing journey have been focused on self-care, self-compassion, gratitude and surrender, and the out-picturing both in and out has been transformative! My spirit is standing on the beach, looking out at the sea and delighting in the view!

The Ultimate Holistic Festival starts on Saturday, June 25th, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at Armstrong Park, 100 James Collins Blvd, Duncanville, Texas. The Holistic Bootcamp includes resistance training, yoga and meditation, African drumming and dance, nutrition and gardening, dance therapy and holistic spa services.
