Day 29! Happy Memorial Day 🇺🇸 Thank you to the soldiers & families who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom 🙏🏾

Today was a good day to hit 100 miles - 103 actually.

I had an amazing 4-mile skate with my son & at one point he was out in front of me & I realized that I can keep up with my 11 year old (he’ll be 12 next week) Better than any number in the scale was the fact that I can do life with my kids.

What a glorious non-scale victory for this challenge. I love to set goals, but man am I learning to lean into embracing & finding join in the journey 🤩
