Resistance vs. Defiance in Eating Disorder Recovery: What Parents Need to Know
If you are supporting a child in eating disorder recovery, this can feel so confusing.
Is this my childโฆ or her/his ED?
Is it resistanceโฆ or defiance?
They can look very similar on the surface, but they are not the same. And how you respond matters more than you might think.

It deserved more space, so I turned that post into a blog.
In it, I talk about interoception, why body cues can feel confusing, and why struggling to trust your body doesnโt mean youโre doing recovery wrong.
