Passage 2 Equilibrium

“He did me wrong.” “She didn’t show up for me.” “They didn’t have my highest good in mind.”

“But I need to heal, so I have to forgive.”

🙅🏽‍♀️ Forget it 🙅🏽‍♀️

Do you know that forgiveness itself should be effortless?! Yup, I said it. Stop TRYING to forgive. That’s forced and does not provide lasting results.

Process:
✔️ how did it/they make you feel?
✔️ how did this change how you show up in the world?
✔️ what self-limiting beliefs did this create for you?
✔️ what destructive behavior patterns did you begin practicing?
❌ are these answers how you want to continue to show up in the world?

Shift your focus to healing the emotional content of the experience. The energy towards the situation or towards that person will become lighter because you have a shifted perspective and a new awareness. Forgiveness will be a natural byproduct of you doing the work. Do that.

9/27/2022 Today marks one of THE hardest days in this lifetime. But most people would not know it.
The past two weeks have made me sit down, breathe and reflect. While my circumstances may not be ideal, I have come to a state of peace and gratitude. I’m grateful for so many things. I’m grateful because my daughter is doing so well. I’m grateful because there is a lesson in this. I’m grateful to be healing. I’m grateful because things could be worse. I’m grateful because I’m protected. I’m grateful for my tribe. I’m grateful for plant medicine. I’m grateful to have everything I need. I’m grateful for self-awareness. I’m grateful for so many things and this brings me peace. Peace that NO ONE can take from me. No matter your circumstances, shift your perspective and practice gratitude. I promise things will shift for you. 💜 What’s for me won’t miss me. Asé 🤲🏽✨🙏🏽
