❤️ Tomar suficiente agua durante el dia
❤️ Aumentar la actividad fisica
❤️ Dormir suficientes horas cada noche
❤️ Mantener estres bajo control
❤️ Usar faja
❤️ No dejar pasar mas de 10 dias entre tratamientos

🚫 Evitar comidas bajas en nutricion (comida de calle alta en grasa) y bebidas alcoholicas o altas en azucar 🚫
