We are done with the code switching and hiding who we are so that you can be comfortable in your own skin while we sit in angst in ours. We are affirming the good work and news of our community, making it plain that being BLKASFCK is good enough.

I’m going to make it plain and simple. This will hurt your children. You fell for the okey-doke. Step 1. Use your prejudice and racist views as kindling to burn a fire of hatred in your hearts and minds against people who just happen not to look like you. Step 2. Feed you lies, and half truths about what your children are being taught so that you feel the need to intervene. Disguise that ignorance under the guise of freedom. Step 3. Enact laws that make you feel like you have more power and choice, like school vouchers. Step 4. Give you the hope that your kid too can use those vouchers to attend schools they never were going to let you in any anyhow.
