CB Design - Floral and Decor

Hi everyone! With this year's wedding schedule looking busy, we are looking for an awesome studio assistant to join our team. This is a flexible, freelance-based job that's perfect for someone who has an eye for detail, and enjoys working in a creative environment.

What we're looking for:

-Someone with a flexible schedule (weekdays + occasional weekends)
-Detail-oriented and organized
-Comfortable adapting to different tasks (prepping flowers, tidying the studio, organizing each week's inventory)
-Positive attitude and a team player
-No floral design experience is required!

What you would be doing:

-Assisting with floral prep and studio organization
-Helping pack and load event materials (and unpack after events)
-Pitching in wherever needed to help bring wedding dreams to life!

This is a freelance/contract role, hours vary week to week depending on the season and event schedule. Must be local to Cullman, AL and have reliable transportation.
