Please don’t be intimidated by the line.. yes the line gets long sometimes (like almost to verot😅) but let’s use this time to practice patience:) everything that is worth anything takes time. Everything is prepared as it is ordered & sometimes our customers have big orders which take a little bit more time to prepare.. we also give everyone their proper time at the window.. we don’t rush your ordering process because we want you to get exactly what you want. Any snowball stand that has good snowballs, good food, good service etc have long lines ..that is just the nature of the business (I’ve been doing this over 15 years..whether I had 10+ employees or 1 employee it still stakes time) but trust everyone is doing what they can to make sure it is worth your time & energy. We value every single one of our supporters & we look forward to serving you!
