RCP 15U goes past Ellington 15U 18-7. Goduti doubled in the sixth scoring two, hit a sacrifice fly in the first scoring one, and sacrifice bunted in the fourth scoring one.

RCP 15U got on the board in the top of the first inning after David Kniec drew a walk, scoring one run, Evan Burns singled, scoring two runs, Goduti hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, and Ryan Pierson drew a walk, scoring one run.

A single by Kniec extended the RCP 15U lead to 6-3 in the top of the second inning.

RCP 15U took the lead in the top of the third. Pierson singled, scoring one run, to give RCP 15U the upper hand, 7-6.

RCP 15U scored seven runs on four hits in the top of the sixth inning. Goduti doubled, scoring two runs, Nicola Mayo singled, scoring one run, Tyler DeNovellis singled, scoring one run, Zachary Raila drew a walk, scoring one run, Nicholas Allison drew a walk, scoring one run, and Kniec grounded out, scoring one run.

Frank Teodoro pitched five innings in relief for RCP 15U. The hurler surrendered one hit and one run while, striking out five and walking two. Burns led things off on the mound for RCP 15U. The starter allowed three hits and six runs (one earned) over two innings, striking out none and walking five. Slycoly started on the hill for Ellington 15U. The starting pitcher surrendered eight hits and eight runs over three and one-third innings, striking out one and walking seven.

RCP 15U tallied 15 hits in the game. Number seven hitter, Mayo, showed the depth of RCP 15U’s lineup, by leading them with three hits in four at bats. Teodoro and Kniec each collected multiple hits for RCP 15U. Raila led RCP 15U with four walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, collecting 17 walks for the game. Brady Martin, Burns, Pierson, Max Packer, and Mayo each stole multiple bases for RCP 15U. RCP 15U ran wild on the base paths, accumulating 15 stolen bases for the game.
