We just finished a full bathroom remodel in Beau Chene and now on to an entire house remodel in Slidell!
We have been working on a house recently "re-doing" all the remodeling the poor homeowner paid to have done last year. His new wood floor buckled because no expansion gaps were left and the slab has moisture issues (needed a moisture barrier and exterior water remediation). The trim was being painted with spray cans, the water heater and toilets leaked: The list could literally go on and on.
It is sad to see good people spend money on terrible work that must be redone. Sadly, he went with his lowest bid and got the lowest quality work. You shouldn't have to spend a fortune to have something done right, but beware the guy who is WAY low!
