A senior housing community for independent living. The project is made up of Eight three & four-story residential buildings connected with pedestrian bridges at the second, third, and fourth floors. Multi-purpose and common-use rooms are provided within and throughout the buildings for tenant use. Site amenities include a pool, spa, meditation areas, putting green, lawn bowling, and tenant-maintained vegetable gardens.

TELACU is a non-profit organization that provides housing for low-income seniors. Funding is provided through the HUD 202 program. These projects are made possible through the joint efforts of the City of Rialto and key City Officials. The result is a quality active lifestyle for independent seniors as well as a beautiful enhancement to the surrounding neighborhood.
