Get out and explore with the people you adore 🥰
One of my wife’s love languages is quality time.
We make sure to pick AT LEAST one day a week where we can spend a few hrs with just us.
Usually it’s hiking. That way we can get our steps and express our love! 💜
Plus nature is awesome. 🌲
It’s a win win situation! Remember couples! Happy spouse happy house! 🏡

People worry too much. About EVERYTHING!

6 Week Progress Check! ❤️

For the last 6 weeks I have been doing bicep 3-4 times a week!

I’ve also been bulking. Over eating yet still making gains!

I’m just out here trying to look the part.

If I’m gonna be a trainer I’m gonna look like a trainer. Not just any average trainer either.

I want to be the embodiment of my clients dreams. Ambition, and determination.

So let me ask you, what are your goals?

A shredded physique?

A monster deadlift?

Just a healthier lifestyle?

Are your arms looking flat?

It’s probably because of a few things.
If you want big arms you need to stop doing things like 👇🏾

🛑 Only working arms 1x a week
🛑 Counting reps
🛑 Ignoring your triceps

What you should be doing is 👇🏾

✅ Work Arms Multiple Times A Week
✅ Keep Going Until It Hurts
✅ Work Your Triceps, Biceps, and Forearms

Your arms are a complicated set of muscles!
