(posting this one again because for some reason at least 12 of the pics from my previous post disappeared. WTH!?!)

NYC PART 4 - whew! This Day!!

Saturday morning we started off with a small breakfast, then met up with Chanel and her bf, and walked over to the Dance Africa Bazaar put on by Brooklyn Academy of Music. It was several streets blocked off full of vendors. I went a little nuts and bought a bunch of things. But it was incredible! So Black! Great food! Great music and street performances. Again, i was so in the moment i didn’t get any pics, but swipe through to see the amazing dresses Chanel and I bought!

Saturday night, our final night in NY, we saw BEYONCÉ! And OMFGGGG it was the best performance and experience of my LIFE! Listen…even if you’re just a casual Beyoncé fan, you need to see her live. She is unreal. She’s sooo perfect. The performance was FLAWLESS! And even though we had nosebleed seats, i never felt like i was missing anything. Truly magical! And to see this Queen with my girls!?! Transcendent. If you’ve seen/heard any reviews they all say the same thing: we are forever changed. Beyoncé is a gift I’m not sure this world deserves. She leveled up…and her existence demands we level up with her. I’m still speechless and awestruck.

While we were at the concert, Shamon and the guys had a night out too. Afterwards, we all met up at this gorgeous rooftop bar in Brooklyn. The best view with the best people to close out the best time in NYC ✌🏽🎉🥰

NYC PART 3 - Thursday i went grocery shopping then spent the day with Sharif at his apartment prepping things for Cherie’s grad party. We had such a fun and chill day…but i never took any pics 😐

Friday was The Day! Cherie graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with TWO degrees- a BFA in Film and Media Production, and a BA in Communications, with a minor in Arts Management. This girl is going places! And i couldn’t be more proud, i pretty much cried through the whole thing!

After the graduation, we all went back to Brooklyn for the graduation party at Sharif’s and we were joined by our East Coast family from CT, Philly, and NY. The rain stopped and sun came out and we had an incredible afternoon and evening with family celebrating this amazing accomplishment ❤️✊🏾 We all were having such a great time, not a lot of pics were taken, but living in the moment was worth it.
