Planning an event? We’ve got your back. Here’s a simple DJ timeline and checklist we use at Superb Entertainment to keep every gig running smoothly — from setup to last dance. 🎧✅

• 3 hours before: Arrive, stage check, and soundcheck. (Real example: quick cable swap at a wedding — saved the ceremony.)
• 1 hour before: Playlist review and announce timeline to venue staff.
• 30 minutes: Guest arrivals music, mic check for speeches.
• During event: Read the room, adjust energy, and coordinate with MC.
• Last 15 minutes: Wind down set and prep exit music.
