First house closed. What a Blessing. From going in contract, then out of contract, back into contract, then having to write addendum after addendum to make this deal happen. What a journey this was. I learned sooooo much through this process and I’m so thankful for the great support I’ve had throughout. You start looking on Zillow, see a home you like, get your hopes ups and then you realize you may need higher credit, a higher down payment and that you need to get pre approved.
