There’s been a lot written this week about the demise of CD 92.9. It’s a loss to the Columbus radio community, but it’s also a loss to live music fans and musicians, and it cuts deep. Over the years, The Jeffs played in the Big Room many times. The crew there was one of the best around: professional, supportive, and a pleasure to work with. And the facilities were top-notch. Everywhere you looked you knew this place was a labor of love. We had a lot of great shows there that will live forever in our hearts, and we saw lots of great shows there, too. Thank you Randy Malloy, Tom Butler and everyone else at the station for giving us so many years of great music…on air and in person.
