I realized I couldn't grow enough produce in the short summer months of Ohio to provide all my customers with a good variety of items. I discovered microgreens and quickly realized how nutritent dense these greens are, as well as tasty and convenient. We offer the following microgreens and these can be purchased by the ounce:
