Nowadays when I get asked what I’m doing for my birthday my answer is similar to what I do every day. Maybe sprinkle in a beer and a finer cut steak. When you really enjoy the daily grind and you’re always working towards something, every day feels like your birthday because you’re competing against the clock. My 30’s have taught me the value of time. Every day is a blessing and my birthday isn’t any more special than Thursday is. My days are measured not by the date on the calendar, but by how I spent it.

Maximum every day. Wake up with a desire to be better, stronger, faster, healthier, more intentional, and more aware of what your potential actually is.
