Yesterday I had an amazing experience as a panelist on the SEMA Education stage. The first SEMA show I attended was 2017. I saw the all female build led my Bogi Lateiner and immediately knew this was the industry for me.
That same year I attended my first SEMA workshop. I sat in the audience and set a goal for myself to one day be on the SEMA Education stage. Yesterday was that day!
Women often ask me for advice about being in this industry. I tell all women the same thing... "Just keep showing up!" We are being disruptors by showing up every day...being heard...being seen.
