I'm a Registered Certified Oncology Nurse who has been lucky enough to spend the last 10 years at the bedside most recently throughout the pandemic in the Oncology Medical Intensive care unit. While supporting patients and families through their hardest moments, I was also suffering my darkest of days. I was diagnosed with stage 4 Endometriosis in 2014 and have since had 6 major abdominal surgerie
s most recently a Hysterectomy one year ago at the age of 30. The further I surrendered in service to my calling as a healer the deeper I fell into my own suffering and pain. I believed I was broken and destined to live a life full of pain, sorrow, depression, anxiety, and constant disappointment; leading to what I now know is unworthiness and self doubt. I have spent the last year on a wellness journey determined to use this second chance at life to truly LIVE and not just survive. Along this path I found the Body Code and it has truly changed my life. Through the body code I was able to release decades of generational trauma that had been weighing me down and feeding the poison growing inside of me rapidly as the years went by. Through using the Body Code, I was able to release emotional trauma I had been holding onto inside my body for decades. The results were instantaneous. I felt validated and understood, in ways I had never before, both physically and mentally. I felt empowered to take back my life and stop letting this disease define me. By dealing with the emotional impact from all the physical trauma I had experienced I finally felt free. Free to change my thought patterns and let go of the limiting self-beliefs that I was broken. I became fascinated with somatic experiencing, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, energy medicine and trapped emotions. The more I learned the more passionate I became. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be where I am a year ago from today. I wake up pain free, feeling energized, strong, confident, and full of vitality ready to seize the day. I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for the gift of being able to MOVE my body again. I believe the path to wellness involves the Mind, Body, and Spirit. The Body code can help you listen to your intuition and reconnect you to your body when you're feeling (insert any miserable condition here trapped, stuck, lost). I’m a firm believer in spirit and the divine timing of the universe, if you’re reading this there is a reason. My intuition, understanding of the nervous system, human emotions, pain and how this manifest in the body, my experience as a patient and a bedside nurse caring for people on their worst days gives me a unique perspective other coaches and energy practitioners lack. My expertise in Oncology and chronic illnesses gives me the ability to connect with you even on your worst days. Let me share the knowledge and wisdom I have gained, while walking the path to wellness as a patient, nurse, and energy practitioner.
