Will you be attending the NASW National Conference in Washington, D.C. this June? NASW Ohio and NASW Kentucky members and colleagues are invited to join Executive Director Danielle Smith for an informal lunch gathering on Thursday, June 11 at 12:00 p.m. at Yardbird, located just across the street from the conference hotel at 901 New York Avenue NW. The Chapters will provide appetizers, and attendees can purchase their own lunch and beverages while connecting with fellow social workers from Ohio and Kentucky outside of conference sessions. If you have not yet registered for the NASW National Conference, there is still time to do so and join us in Washington, D.C. for networking, professional development, and community with social workers from across the country. Only a few weeks left to submit your workshop proposals for the NASW Ohio Annual Conference! Presenters receive free attendance to the conference the day of their presentation, an honorarium, and the chance to share your knowledge with hundreds of attendees! Join us Wednesday, April 22 from 12:00–1:00 PM ET for a supportive, interactive space designed for social work supervisors to connect, troubleshoot challenges, and strengthen their supervision practice with colleagues from across Ohio. Facilitated by Lois Marie Clay Stepney, PhD, MSW, LISW-S, this monthly member benefit offers meaningful dialogue, practical insight, and community with fellow supervisors.
