During these conversations we engage in discussion around shared source material and discuss ways in which we can work as a community towards building multi-racial and multi-generational spaces. These conversations will be geared toward white-on-white anti-racist intervention because we recognize it as our responsibility to take on the emotional labor of sorting through fellow white folks' defenses together.
