Hey fellow cosmetologists!

My name is Kel-Lee, and I am the owner of LovingOnYourHair LLC. I’ve been in this industry for over two decades, and during that time, I’ve witnessed a significant shift—one that has been both noticeable and concerning.

Lately, it feels like our industry is being challenged in ways that are impacting its reputation. More importantly, I’ve observed a growing decline in trust—not only from clients toward stylists, but also from stylists toward clients. It’s clear that many of us are feeling the frustration on both sides.

Because of this, I’m passionate about starting a conversation and exploring solutions that can help restore trust and strengthen the relationship between clients and professionals in our field.

To better understand what others are experiencing, I’ve created a short Google Form as part of a research initiative. My goal is to gather honest insight from licensed cosmetologists so we can begin identifying ways to bridge this gap and move our industry forward in a positive direction.
