Hello Everyone!!!! We are overwhelmed with the amazing response and cannot wait for this event!

We wanted to start by attempting to explain a few things. There are multiple ways you can participate in this journey:
1.) you can commit to walking/running the 1/2 marathon (13.1 miles) or join me in the fun of the full marathon (26.2 miles). Raegan and 23 other Patient Champions will have a tents set up at a specific mile during the course. In other words, Raegan will have a mile dedicated to her. I highly recommend signing up fast because the spots are filling up quicker than they ever have. Follow this link:
https://www.columbusmarathon.com to register. The cost of entry is dedicated to Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Of all the races I have ever participated in, this is by far the most heart warming, rewarding, and humbling. You will not regret it (at least until the next day 😬)

2.)As part of this, we will be setting up a fundraising group for Raegan through the Nationwide Children’s Hospital. All proceeds raised will go to the Craniofacial Clinic at Children’s. We will be doing various activities as a group to raise money! First on the list, t-shirt/tank top sales (more to come on this soon).

3.) Join us day of the race in Columbus! Raegan will have a tent at a specific mile. Join her there and cheer on all the participants! We will have a gathering at the conclusion of the race downtown for everyone! Refreshments will be available and we will celebrate everyone!!! We are looking for someone to come take pictures if anyone knows anyone that would be interested!

4.) Just follow the journey of everyone and enjoy! We want to encourage everyone to share their photos when they complete runs/walks, share stories, tips, encouraging words, etc! We want this to be a page of feel goods and everyone can join in on that!!
