The Puffed Flamingo

For my 25th birthday cake I made a four layer chocolate cake with two layers of raspberry mango filling and one layer of pistachio cream. Topped with Swiss meringue buttercream and fondant decor. I love how it turned out!

I made this creation for my dads birthday and it was delicious! As you can see, it’s a little lopsided, but I was obsessed with the coffee cream cheese filling I made for it!

4 layers of coffee soaked chocolate cake
2 layers of coffee cream cheese filling
1 layer of peanut butter butter cream
And of course a layer of dark chocolate ganache

ATTENTION ONE AND ALL!

Starting in November through December I will be taking orders EVERY WEEK for cream puffs! AND we have some festive flavors you can choose from! These are great for parties or just eating by yourself. There’s no judgment here. Just contact me any way you know how, preferably at least 2 weeks in advance. The more time the better, but if you’re in a pickle, we can try to make it work! I hope I can bake some delicious cream puffs for you!
