Congrats to the team doing well at this weekends Ohio State Championship powerlifting meet. We had 8 individuals medal this weekend and I am extremely proud of each one of them. The best part about it is that everyone still has room to grow. We will most likely look to compete again this fall/winter. Looking forward to seeing some big lifts 🦍

675lbs for 5 reps 💪🏾😤. Definitely a rep PR. Now it’s time to shoot for 700lbs for 1 rep next month 🦍🦍
