I tried a new recipe I found on Instagram.
I made a vegan version. I used vegan pesto and didn’t add dairy. It is packed with protein and healthy ingredients.
It makes a good side dish to bring to your next cookout. ☀️ 🌳 🧺

Due to my recent wrist surgery, my workouts look different yet they are still as effective.
Here is a sample workout. It is a bodyweight only, plyometric and abdominal workout. After my warm up, I preformed 3 rounds of each exercise.
