COLUMBIA RUNNING CLUB HOSTS GROUP RUNS EVERY TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY AT THE SALUDA RIVERWALK!
START TIME: 5:45pm MEET | 6:00pm RUN
LOCATION: Saluda Canal 650 Candi Lane, Columbia (near the Zoo) while there is construction at RFP. Meet at restrooms/water faucet next to main parking lot. (If main parking lot is full, there is another further down, Candi Lane.)

Saturday September 12, 2026 - Springdale 5K Run - The grounds of the Historic Springdale Racecourse and National Steeplechase Museum, 200 Knights Hill Road in Camden - Join us on the grounds of the Historic Springdale Racecourse and the National Steeplechase Museum, finishing at the gates of the Carolina and Colonial Cup. This certified and officially timed race welcomes runners and walkers of all levels. Proceeds benefit the Mobile Nutrition Center, a mobile food pantry serving rural Kershaw County, operated by the United Way of Kershaw County.
Participants receive a Springdale 5K shirt, FREE waffles with all the fixings, and lots of enthusiastic volunteers. Dogs on leashes and children in strollers are welcome.

This flat and fast course is great for walkers or runners and starts and ends on the Historic University of SC Medical School grounds. Great shirts, awards and vibes! Team Registration Available! This event starts at Cedar Springs Baptist Church, Cedar Springs Road, Spartanburg S.C. 29302 and entries are capped at 250 runners and sells out every year, so early registration is encouraged. This is the 3rd race of the True to the Brew Trifecta 2026.
