• Prioritizing nail care/include manicure in every service - The most common complaint I hear is that they aren’t receiving actual nail care, clients are dying for this part of the service.

• Respect clients time - Warn them when you’re running a little behind and avoid cancelling last minute unless for emergencies - This will help it go both ways.

• Prebook people before they leave! - This way no one is scrambling and you're not trying to squeeze people into a full schedule. Let them know your recommendation on time between services - and ask them if a specific day of the week works better for them.
