Helped a friend (and his badass crew) pour 155 bags of NXT Level, self leveler don’t let the name fool you it doesn’t just do it by itself. We had to build up 2 1/2” in some areas. We had depth gauge tabs stuck to the floor. As 6 guys mixed 4 bags at a time in 2 separate barrels and carried them to me and poured them out, I had to push it toward the tabs to keep the depth where we wanted it as it tried to run away in every direction. As the mixing continued I had to keep agitating the surface to keep it liquid enough for each batch to flow together with the previous batch. It was a pretty
Intense couple of hours

This has been an interesting year. I have done several things I hadn’t done before. I normally tell people that I won’t take on a shower pan replacement properly waterproofing new to old is problematic. This one however needed to go to a curbless shower due to personal needs of a very cool client and so I dug in and made it happen
